Blinds are non-refundable, non-returnable, they are custom made to order. Due to the speed in which your order is processed, no changes or cancellations can be made once your blind is in production. Production usually begins within 24 hours from the time of you order.
If you need try to cancel or modify your order, please call our customer service department within 24 hours. We will do our best to assist you, however if the order has been put into production, we will not be able to adjust or cancel your order. All confirmation emails are automatically generated. Do not reply to order confirmations in an attempt to cancel or modify and order.
Of course, if it is damaged or defective we will correct the damage or defect at no cost to you. Damage claim must be reported within 5 days. ***DO NOT discard or destroy the window treatment boxes. In the unlikely event that one is defective, you would have the box on hand to return it in. Star Decorating will not be responsible for any shipping materials or professional installation charges due to a manufacturer defect or shipping damage. If you choose to hire a professional to install your products, we highly recommend that you open and inspect your entire order prior to arranging an professional installation.
